A structured training program ensures that workers have the required skills to safely and effectively complete their work. Training may be conducted in a formal setting through a registered RTO or informal via inductions, in-house and mentoring. RAO Safety offers mentoring for persons in a HSEQ or management roles to ensure compliance with the WHS Act & Regulation.
